House and Property Cleansings/Blessings: It should be understood that all land here on Mother Earth was once Sacred Ground, regardless if we are discussing land utilized by the First Nation People here in the Americas or by the indigenous peoples of any other continent. In that, there are Spirits from many eons ago, who have never left this earth plane for one reason or another.

Additionally, once a house or building is erected and occupied, the structure itself accumulates energies, both beneficial and detrimental over it useful life. When new occupants inhabit the structure, they often feel or even see the former occupants, builders or other beings hanging around. More generally than not, these Spirit energies are benevolent, however, there are those occasions when the left over Spirit energies choose to act out in a not so benevolent manner.

Eliminating the Spirit energies from your property or building involves a number of steps. The four general steps are as follows:
